What would it feel like to fully release into your body? To let judgement drop away and stretch lightly, with intention, into your physicality? To know that your body is the sacred vessel you chose for this lifetime?
In this introduction to the 4-part series, we will explore mindful movement and the connection between our soul and our body, and receive a transmission of Crystalline Soul Healing energies to support deep integration of our explorations.
