RESCHEDULING - CANCELLATION - REFUND POLICY

Life happens and unexpected situations pop up. If you are unable to attend your session, please let Anne know by email at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time.

• Rescheduling: You will be able to reschedule one time. If you set up a second appointment but are then unable to attend the rescheduled session, your payment will not be refunded or credited.

• Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are not refunded or credited. The time has been set aside for you and moving someone into your spot within the short time is not possible. 

• Refunds: If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance and do not want to reschedule, refunds will be offered at 95% of the session’s cost. 5% is retained to cover the credit card processing fees YMS incurs.
