Honor Your Nudges

The spiritual path is an inside job. Observing, seeing, questioning, listening to and releasing all the layers that prevent you from knowing yourself as your true core, divine self. Your Mythic Self. This is why “self help” is such a big part of the process.
You can do self help without spirituality, but you can’t do spirituality without self help.
And one of the markers of maturity on the spiritual path is that when a tough emotional issue arises, you know the source is most likely within (again, it’s an inside job).
I had a Crystalline Soul Healing session with someone last week who wanted to better understand and release their attachment to a former love relationship. Going into “the field,” I found a prior time when the two of them were close family members who parted in a tragic situation. Dynamics established in that separation were carried forward into this life, triggering a deep grief that was difficult to release. The CSH energies were run in support of releasing the attachment and returning the person to their innate wholeness.
The next day, the client shared that they “randomly” watched a movie after the CSH session that resonated with them. The movie seemed to cause them to start thinking about shadows—when we project our own stuff onto someone else. Shadow work hadn’t come up in the CSH session, but they followed their own nudges and came to see something internal that needed to come to light.
In short, they recognized a powerful belief overlay that was limiting them, honored their divine self, went within to address it, and ultimately gained their freedom in this situation. This is what the path is all about.
The work isn’t for the faint of heart because it happens largely through the heart. Be kind to yourself in the process. Honor your nudges and trust that your freedom lies along the path.
Trust the Untethering.
